Perhaps we should start recalling politicians when they don't begin
impeachment procedings against activist judges? Because the Congress of
the USofA has not impeached judges that see things in the Constitution
that aren't there (and the reverse), we now have a very sorry state of
affairs.

And did anyone notice what the 10th Amendment contains? Anything not
specifically defined to the state is reserved to the people (or words
to that effect)?

Perhaps the citizens of the country should be deported unless they are
going to do their constitutionally mandated responsibilities?
