Your statement of "some places" is a plural. Could you name two such places
and tell us whether they are still on the books?

=============================

If they are still on the books, they should be enforced. But if they are still
on the books, they should be repealed. If we want our drivers to be bound by
law, we should do one or the other.

The 2nd amendment is on the books. It should be enforced or repealed. If we
want our politicians to be bound by The Constitution, we should do one or the
other.
