I will search for some numbers. I know that the 1st Brigade of USAREC
(northeast) is traditionally the lowest producer of enlistments, but
I'll secure some concrete numbers.

It might be worth noting that California was a solid red state until
just a few elections ago. It still is everywhere but LA and SF.
