Just a couple of follow-ups on other thread and what is in the ISO 2002
Standard:

1) INITIALIZE is enhanced with a couple of new options
- TO VALUE (to initialize to whatever was specified in the original VALUE
clause)
- WITH FILLER (filler items are also initialized)

2) PIC 1 data items may be EITHER USAGE BIT (for bit-manipulation) *or*
DISPLAY/NATIONAL (for boolean data items). See
"E.10 Boolean support and bit manipulation"
on page 740 of the 2002 Standard for a "discussion" of both of these (distinct)
features.
