I am a relative technical dummy and in need of some education. I had a
client ask me about Oracle and RTS, I am not familiar with what RTS means
or how it functions. Can someone help me understand how it relates to
Oracle. They say they need a person experienced in implementing the RTS
server tool as well as exp creating large and complex databases.

Try a Google search on "Oracle RTS".

Rule of thumb: if you never heard of a product, it's not in your skillset.

Or maybe, it's the RUN TIME SYSTEM WHICH I believe
can be a set of DLL'S that support the MAIN program.

Robert...I am aware that RTS is not in my skillset. My client is
requesting that I provide them with someone who does have RTS.
