No. Wrong. SECTIONs used for SORT procedures are _not_ obsolete at all
and probably never will be. This is available in '02 and is not even
archaic.

19 years ago the standard removed the restriction that it _must_ be a
SECTION and implementations that catered for this became available as
sites moved, eventually, to implementations of the new standard.
