You may now PURCHASE a printed copy of the FINAL *ANSI* (not ISO) version of the
approved Standard for $40. See:

To the best of my knowledge, the "free" FDIS" version is no longer available
on the web.
FYI-2,
The ANSI (not the ISO) version of the Standard does include a "permission to
use" statement. This is different from the old "Acknowledgement" - but does
provide medium-free usage permission.
FYI-3,
Neither the '85 Standard nor the '89 or '91 amendments were available "for
free" from ANSI (or NIST or anywhere else that I know of). The only (major)
difference was that you could "share" copies - but these were HARD-copies, not
an "electronic" version (except - I think for the final amendment).
Final comment:
The ISO (and the DIN, BSI, and other national standard bodies) copies of the
'02 Standard can be purchases as well. Their prices vary significantly.
