Your evidence for this is what? As far as I know *all* VisualAge (and CobolSet)
COBOL's (from IBM) have USAGE POINTER data items that are 32-bit, so I assume
they are 32 (or 31-)BIT COBOLs. I haven't checked this myself, but I don't know
of any IBM COBOL (except OS/400 - which is a different system entirely) that is
64-bit.
