I'm doing some maintenance on an old Clipper program that uses Mediator and
my client had a few questions about upgrading. Can you contact me via email

Yes, indeed :)
While most of the Mediator development is related to xHarbour and
Harbour, 16-bit Clipper is still supported. 50% of the Mediator servers
run with Clipper or mixed 32-bit/Clipper applications, so the Clipper
support will stay with us for coming years. Unless some catastrophic
Windows update will turn the 16-bit Clipper off forever.
