Accessing memo fields using .NET

Greetings all...

I'm trying to access a CLIPPER 5.2 table with a memo file.
Presently I'm using Vista Software .NET 611 and while I can access the
field using a substring function, no matter what I do, I can only get
back the first 11 characters.

Does anyone know if there is a way to get the whole field. I've
tried contacting Vista Software, but only get an answering machine. I
can't even buy support from them. It also appears that their newsgroup
is on read-only with only one message from their CEO.

For that matter, does anyone know if Vista still supports their
..NET 6.11 product?
