W2K, NW312, ADS and Client 4.9 SP2 dead slow

| I have just set up a box with W2K and Netware client 4.9. Access to ADS
is even slower than with the Microsoft client. Does anyone have any
answers. I normally use NT4 so this is my first serious encounter with
the joys of W2K.
