It seems that there will be no 16-bit subsystem in new
64-bit Microsoft Windows XP for AMD Athlon 64.

It also seems that this is limititation of Athlon 64
architecture, when running in 64-bit mode.

So maybe it's time to move to 32-bit world.

No. It's time to move to 64-bit world ;-)
Just simply try [x]Harbour on Linux x86@64.

what does it mean? no "command.com" nor "ntvdm" on next xp?
