How to create a "Full Screen" desktop Icon in an Inno Setup Script File.

| I do not know how to create a Desktop Icon, which is in "Full Screen"
format, via an Inno Setup Script File command line. I thought that the
"runmaximized" Flag would do it, but it does not. Any ideas ?
