| hi, firstly i hope someones still paying attention to this thread, its
about the only place ive found any reference to this error.
im troubleshooting an application thats throwing this error when running
as a normal user, with administrator privileges its running fine. also,
under win2k i can make it run properly as a normal user making sure the
user has full access over the app directory and tweaking some security
settings in the registry. the same procedure does not work in XP.
its not my application so i have no access to the source, and really have
no faith whatsoever in the technical support from these people. ive tried
giving full access to the user on all the possible temp directories i can
think of, and the user certainly has write access on the system temp
folders.
i have no knowledge of clipper whatsoever, would it be possible to
configure the location of the temp folder in some kind of config? or
could someone please give me some clues as to where it might be trying to
write.
thanks in advance everyone
JimiC
