Difficult to trace apparently intermittent GPF Clarion 6.56

Hi,

I have an app with a GPF that occurs occasionally at what appears to
be different points in the program. I have tried tracing it with debug
viewer and looked at the output from GPF reporter. But the problems is
very difficult to pin down.

I know how to use the map file to follow the line address and I have
the app compiled in debug mode so Capesoft GPF reporter sends me all
the details it can.

Anyone got any suggestions on things I might try?

Hi John,

You should use the news.softvelocity.com newsgroup. There is a lot more
"knowledge" and activity on that newsgroup than on this one.

How do I get a user id for news.softvelocity.com newsgroup. I emailed
the administrator and did not get an answer.

If you use one of the standard newsgroups readers like:

40tude Dialog
Agent
Thunderbird
Gravity
Microsoft OE, etc.

and access the internet by fairly standard methods, you can access
news.softvelocity.com anonymously - no need for user id or password
