Hi all
I've been using trial pay as an alternative form of payment for some of my
shareware. The idea is that people purchase some other offer, and get your
product free and you get a commision on the product purchased. They have an
affilliate program, and a helpful marketing team.
For more info see http://merchant.trialpay.com/ref?tp=Z0nBy
If you would like to try it yourself, check out my icon site at
www.dsbglobal.com/d-icons
You can get all 5 sets of icons for free by clicking on the trial pay link
on the web site!
Depending on the value of your shareware, trial pay might be better offered
after a trial period has expired or on an uninstall screen rather than as a
primary method of payment. I have one sale from an uninstall screen! Not
much, but better than none, and I got paid $39 for a $19.99 product! I'd be
interested in other opinions ...
I've also sold 2 smart-type templates that way - www.smart-type.com
Thank you for looking at this slightly out of the box marketing idea - if
you would like the icons but don't want the trial pay thing I'm offering all
5 sets at the extremely low price of $18.99 for one w . The link to the
private estore is not on the web site ! Click here to take up this offer ...
