I've been a long-term part-time Clarion user starting back in the days
of DOS and migrating to Clarion for Windows and through to version
5.0. I haven't touched Clarion for about 3 years as I was getting
frustrated with not been able to swap data readily with microsoft
applications.

A question .... is the latest version (6.0??) any better than 5.0. My
main application is a school database type program (I'm an educator
more than a programmer) and I want to update it but need to be able to
easily export to excel and word.

Any comments .... pointers?

Thanks
Craig

Craig,

The Clarion Third party market is healthier than ever, and includes a number
of solutions to export to Excel and Word.

Clarion 6.3.9055 is latest C6.3x release.

Quite a few improvements to C6x - check here for more info
