Missing registry ABC ExternalCPPSource

I have a problem when i open my app file.

I receive an error :

Registry item ABC ExternalCPPSource no longer exists.

I think that i miss a template to register or a .cpp source file but
i don't know what is the name of the file and where to find it.

I have checked my template folder but i doesen't found something like
that.

I hope somebody will help me on that problem.
