Internet Connect -- unresponsive after clicking buttons

I have built the example Weborder.app using the Internet Connect
templates. Run on localhost or a remote server in 3 different browsers,
the "frame" page is displayed properly; clicking on a "menu" link opens
the browse pages as expected.

Clicking on any button on the "frame" or browse pages fails to execute
the associated action and seems to rennder the page unresponsive.
