Ok, lets say you hire Bozos Inc to do a job for your company. Now you
are going to tell your boss that you are want to hire hiring a firm to
tell him if the company you just hired is trying to screw him. Guess
who gets the axe before the report is finished? Firing you is cheaper.
Now what if he hired the Bozos? How might he feel about your bright
idea?

Sometimes being right isn't enough. Just because you can poke holes in
a proposal does not mean you could write the better one. If you could
write a better proposal you should do so and get the job instead.
