How to try using Web Application

I using Clarion 5 Web Edition.
I already create an application for ordinary use and now I try to
upload to my hosting server so I can use it anywhere throught internet.
I have try step by step procedure in manual book. But I still confuse.

Can someone help me with step by step i must do to do this.
For example, what file I must upload, etc................
