ProcessReportQBEButton and PauseButton

I am trying to figure out how to implement the ProcessReportQBEButton
template and it says that I need to have a PauseButton control in my
procedure too use it. I have tried and tried and tried but I can not figure
out how to use this ProcessReportQBEButton template.
If I have a report procedure already defined and working how do I get this
template to (1) show up so I can use it. And use the PauseButton template?

Hi. Search "sandinzz pause" on this group and you will find info about
