Problem with clarionet send files

Hello, I'm using clarion 6.3 with clarionet 6.3 but when
I download data from server to client site receive the followings
error.
Clarion Decompresion Error
header sum error
in function name
getsenddatatobuffer
lsd_decompress

and following send this error.

UNABLE TO OPEN "MDI" WINDOW
NO APPLICATION ACTIVE
DO YOU WANT TO GPF?

when check this in the help file not find a solution what is wrong! or
the problem to receive this error. or need send this to sofvelocity
