sending email with attachment using clarion not receiving

| When I send the email to my personal account and other's personal
emails they get the email with the attachment. But when I send it to
the business account I'm writing this for, she gets the email but no
attatchment. Can anyone help me. I have a short amount of time to get
this done and nobody knows why it is not sending the attachment.

| When you send that same attachment from a email client like Outlook -
do they then receive the attachment?

| Some companies are very strict about attachments in email and block
them from ever entering the network. Can you manually send an email
with an attachment successfully from an outside personal account to the
business account?

When I send the emai through Clarion using Outlook they get the email
but no attachment. When I send the email through outlook manually,
they get the email and attachment.
