Clarion - Dictionary not loaded

Dictionary not loaded - ignored

Hi, I am new to clarion for windows, using 6.3EE and I have
successfully created a few dictionarys by importing clarion 2.1 tables
and creating apps. My problem is when I import a table that is a rather
large clarion 2.1 database it all looks good in the dictionary. I can
browse the file and all seems ok, but after I close and save the
dictionary and try to create an application the wizard tells me
"dictionary not loaded - ignored". If I try to reopen the dictionary I
get the message "File Error: WBTRV32.DLL could not be loaded". Can
anyone help me with this problem? Thanks, Wayne
