I downlowed dependencywalker and the only problem that I found was in
the MPR.Dll and
I didn't find the exact problem. However, after searching GOOGLE for
MPR.DLL it seems that it may be a false error. I have executed the
program on a machine where it executed correctly and am trying to
compare the log files of the two.

Dependencywalker documentation mentioned 5 windows but I only had 4.
