Author Queue sorting with German characters, i.e. u and ü

I am implementing a dictionary with German letters i.e. =E4, and =FC.
Clarion sorts these at the end of the a and u words.
What can I do to have them follow alphabetically?
i=2Ee. have the order Arbeit, =E4rgern, Axt and NOT Arbeit, Axt,
=E4rgern.
