FM3 Driver not located error

I have a topspeed database and i am trying to convert it to a newer
version of these files.
Some of the files give me the error 'Driver not located' but then again
other tables work fine.

I have commented out the generated Relate:Filename.open because I open
the files using Open(Filename) when i need them.

I have checked and i cannot find any attribute differences between the
files that convert properly and the ones that don't. Can anyone help me
please.
