Can Clarion interface with Autocad(Insert, Copy, Line..etc...)

| I want to create a program that could insert different blocks(name.dwg)
into a drawing per a existing database.
The user specifies what they want to build.
Using the Insert command it would place different parts on the drawing.
Theory
Please advise
