When opening a Browse having it point to a certain record

I have a Clarion 5.5 question. In one of my browse procedures it displays
tasks past, current date, and future and the sort order is based on an
ascending date key.

If my client have alot of future date tasks entered the browse will point to
the top of the list which might be months ahead.

I would like to browse to open and then "locate" to todays date of records.
I realize that my clients can do this using the entry locator that I have on
the table but I am trying to automate this.

No matter what I have tried I can not make this work.

Any thoughts???
