Clarion - C60Layx.dll Error

C60Layx.dll Error

I have updated to 6.3.9050. My problem is that when I compile my
program now, then try to run it I get an error telling me that
"c60layx.dll requires Clarion version 6.2 or later. Current version
6.3.9050."

I have deleted all the .obj files in the Clarion/Obj32/Release folder,
but am still getting the same error. The c60layx.dll in my Clarion6/Bin
directory is dated 11/5/2005. The app is web eneabled.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
