hi,

does anyone some free template or other stuff to

achieve better look of applications, like as a

application developed in visual basic dot net.

I have cvo menu bar, but it have too old look and

design.

There are plenty of choices, but which ones to make the biggest differences
per dollar spent, free and window design - well, probably not much....
