I am trying to write an app to import data from a postgresql database.
I have Postgre all set up, and I can view data in pqADMIN III, however
when I try to import a table into the dictionary, I get a gpf and
Clarion shuts down.

When I look at the postgresql log, I see this error:
"could not receive data from client: No connection could be made
because the target machine actively refused it"

I get the same error when I try to browse a table in SQL Explorer.

I am using postgresql version 8.0
Postgresql ODBC driver 8.00.00.04
Clarion 6
Both server and client are on a WinXP machine.

Any ideas?

TIA John
