Author Clarion program as applet?

At a customer, I have a running Clarion program, that shows which
children is at the kindergarten.
The customer asked for something, that he could use for his homepage,
so the parents could see that their child was at the kindergarten.
I had it made 'Outhouse' at considerable cost.
What was made was a server programme that used the SV ODBC driver for
TPS files, and a Jawa programme showing one listboks, which is fed over
IP.
The Jawa programme is wrapped as an applet, and then put inside the
homepage, and the parents are asked to download the applet when they
wiews the homepage.
Works if there is Jawa on the machine.

It looks like a new invention of an IP server + a clarion programme in
disguise as an applet, with the C60runx.dll and C60tpsx.dll as the Jawa
maschine....

Which means that I could have made most of it in minutes.

Question is, can clarion programs be used as applets, and how.
