Help with RTF text fields please

Using CW6.1.....
typing in a RTF text field presents a problem to me....I hope someone out
there can help.....When I get to the end of a line in a text document, if I
hit ENTER or TAB to go to the next line I get taken out of the text box. The
only way I can stay in the text field is to use CONTROL ENTER or CONTROL
TAB. Does anyone out there know a way to just use ENTER or TAB......
