I'd like to set it up so that when a person fills out a form and hits
ok, an email notice is sent to a specific person letting them know new
data is present.

As a side task, I'm also curious how to setup a timer so that a browser
refreshes periodically. I thought I read somewhere that the timer
eventually stops?

I'm an amateur, just started using clarion a couple months ago. Company
is moving and I'm afraid all my books are packed :(

Check out the example given in C6 (Messaging). This should give you an idea
where to start with the e-mail message.
