New build PDF-XChange/Tools

Hi to all,

we have uploaded a new build of Version 3 PDF-XChange/Tools SDK which now
includes a template switch for font embed options when creating your PDF's.

Also new doc's included - with info on 'Make PDF' button options for Icetips
users.

Same file for both live and evaluation use.
