looking for outsourcing of project

I'm no longer doing clarion work. Some of my clients need updates to
some (pretty basic) applications I have developed for them.

I'm looking for someone help me make these changes.

Please, take into account that I live in a third world country. Have to
mention this so as to not waste the time of developers which live in
countries that might be to expensive for me.
