Author Setting Program Name as seen by Windows

I'm sure I have seen how to do this somewhere, but I cannot find it
anywhere after an hour's searching.

I want to set the Program Name and Program Author as it appears to
Windows - so that Terminal Server can see this info, and you could
right click and get the Properties of the program up and see this as
well.

Can I do this in Clarion 5.5h?
