syntax error : unknown procedure label

hail.

i got a problem with making new application form.

i made one dictionary for this, and made new application.

but when i'm compiling, it displays 'syntax error: unknown procedure label'
and can not progress any.

this makes me going crazy-_-

error procedure is named 'Main'.

but as you guys know, this is a default name of main frame form.

i tried make application by myself, but error happens again.

what should i do?

need help.
