SHARP APL workspaces

Somebody (Fred Rice?) was recently asking for some SAPL workspaces.
S/he'll find some at http://www.milinta.com/english where workspaces
for many APL vendors are available.
In SAPL's case there are 3 formats, one for SAM (mainframe) for the PC
(the 1st version that came out early 80s), one for SAX (*nix Ver 5 & 6)
and another one in ws transfer format for SAM (a representation of the
mainframe code).
