Author Whither the Toronto Tool Kit?

I've tried several different sites, but the links I've found don't work.
Most give "530 User anonymous unknown", which sounds like someone has
changed some access permission somewhere.

Does anyone know where I can access the toolkit, or who to contact about
getting the links fixed?

Thanks!

I get the same error message, Doug.
I may have a copy of the toolkit lying around somewhere. Are you
looking for something specific?

Doug,

There are some problems with the www.math.uwaterloo site.
The problem is under investigation.

Thanks! I did find the toolkit several layers down. I was trying to
decide which flavor(s) of the code to download.

I found a copy of the toolkit on the APL97 APL Conference CD.
If you need anything from it, please let me know.

It has the toolkit in most PC workspace variants, as well as in
WSIS0 mode.
