what i thought of as vector's url now leads to a consulting groups
website . . . and googling "vector apl" brings up a lot of hits, but
the hits lead to dead links

brings up the British APL Association's Web pages today.

The University of Waterloo APL Archives are still unaccessible. Anyone
know if they've moved them someplace?
