What happenned to the Waterloo's ftp servers ?
They are no longer accessible.

Is it a permanent situation ?
Archives have been moved somewhere else ?

???

I just ran into the same problem. I get the message:

Alert! 530 User anonymous unknown

It looks like somebody has tightened up the security a notch too high.
any attempt to reach:

ftp://archive.uwaterloo.ca/languages/apl/

or addresses begining with:

ftp://watserv1.uwaterloo.ca/languages/apl/...

produce the same error.

Does anyone know who to contact about getting this fixed?
