I can confirm that the APL on the IBM 5100 and even APL.68000 on an
Ampere WS-1 return while all the recent APLs I have (including APLX,
for example) retrun 15.

Strnage that I've never even realized that the 'old' behavior is an
unnecessary excemption to the right-to-left parsing rule. Oh well.
