Regular assembler JCL with special macro libraries.

Look in sys1.proclib for things beginning with PL1 or PLI.

Most IBM mainframe software as a "Programmer's Guide" manual that
contains sample JCL needed to run programs. They are very useful
manuals and should be studied.

Your site's system programmers should advise you of the names of
various datasets required for your compilation. Each site has their
own naming conventions. You may need security clearance (ie ACF2)
to access those datasets.
