No Java content there yet, but perhaps there will come to be.

Ad-sponsored, so we don't pay, it seems.

This article has little to do with Java, but it's a pretty decent article.
(Its code is JSP but that is incidental to the article's point. They do use
scriptlet for the DB connection, so it is at least somewhat Java related.)

Not just Java.

Unlike so many posts in these newsgroups, this one actually seems to be on the
level. The one Java article (all right, it's AJAX)does not seem to be pirated
(although I didn't research /too/ heavily). The site is cleanly and
attractively laid out, stable, and not obviously amateurish or shoddy.

I know, I know. I was surprised as all get-out.

My one complaint is that Jeff felt the need to multi-post his advert all over
the place. Jeff, google "cross-posting" vs. "multi-posting" and avoid
multi-posting. Cross-posting (as I did here) is a better way to reach
multiple groups, for those rare times when it's appropriate to do so.
Cross-posting unifies the thread; multi-posting fragments it.

It'd be a shame to dilute your message by the negativity of multi-posting,
since for once it seems this type of post is pointing to something of value.

Hi Lew,

I'm one of the authors of the article and I can assure you it is
original content.

Thank you for complimenting the article's content. We (myself and the
co-author) put a lot of effort into it and do hope folks will find it
useful.

We provided it to the site "mrbool.com" for publication.

I'm with you, I cannot condone multi-posting.

Regards,

Marty Kube
