When I use Cryptix as a provider for signatures in my Sig app,
everything works fine. Using "Cryptix" as the provider argument in
Cipher.getInstance() for symmetric (IDEA, CAST5, SPEED, RC4) or
asymmetric (RSA, ElGamal) in my Crypto app causes an Exception to be
thrown saying Cryptix is not a signed provider. Do Cryptix encryption
algorithms only work with xjava.crypto.Cipher?
