Hard to credit that such a site could be useful when it was spamvertised by
someone who cannot even spell "Java" correctly.

And in fact, the site itself is far less literate that even that misspelling
would indicate. However, it seems to be the author himself and not a
plagiarism job.

The "interview questions" themselves are somewhat simplistic, filled with
grammar and spelling errors and lacking any answers. The document comprises
just questions - it's up to you to get the answers. Assuming you can guess
the correct spelling for some terms. ("How does the server decide which beans
to passivity [sic] and activate?")

If I were a college professor assigning a first- or second-year class to come
up with an "interview questions" document, I'd give this one about a C minus
or a D plus.
