Author Executable not running

Ciao,
I realized a java program with several classes

Metro.java
....
MetronomoMain.java

the main is in MetronomoMain.java ,
with jbuilder I create a Native Executable setting MetronomoMain.java
as main class,
the manifest file is created and inserted in the archive x.jar ,
also the file XW.exe is created but when I launch it nothing appen,
I just can launch he program with a .bat file with inside the
instruction

java -jar x.jar

but I really prefer to creae an executable for windows in a way that I
could send it to the person that asked for it to me
and being sure that the program works on any window xp installation.

Can you help me to produce such executable ???
Thanks

Antonio

Please refrain from multi-posting, in future.

really surprised to see that this newsgroup isn't capable of any answer
concerning my question.

Thanks anyway

I'd try asking again in a JBuilder newsgroup.

Also, if you run the exe from a command prompt (instead of from a
desktop icon) it is possible you'll get a useful error message rather
than "does nothing".

This newsgroup basically consists of the people
who contribute to it. And you will generally find that
most of those people ...

....who help around these parts, do not especially like
wasting their time answering people who multi-post.

So - as I mentioned two days ago.

Please refrain from multi-posting, in future.

If you make some sensible comment on the
multi-posting - I (and others) might actually look at
your technical problem. But I have no intention of
helping multi-posters, until I see some sign they
intend to *not* multi-post, in future.

I'm capable of any answer concerning any question (so your assumption is
wrong), but you didn't ask a question.

Okay, you're welcome, and thanks for letting us all know you've given
up. Good-bye.

I understand why you might have missed it,
but the OP asked a question on their original post.

However, they made the unfortunate choice to reply
to my "please don't multi-post" message with
their latest post, and I had already trimmed the
entire technical part of the post, from my first
message.

Also, note that many people, me included, feel
that unless you can come up with an 'extra nice'*
answer, you should really hold it back from
c.l.j.help. I draft many posts that might have gone
without a moment's thought or regret to a group like
c.l.j.programmer, that once realise I am posting to
c.l.j.help - either get cancelled, or (if I have time)
entirely rewritten.

This is somewhat mollified by the fact the OP
apparently knows there is more than one group,
and might have made some better choices after
lurking in each for a couple of days.

* Not that anything you wrote was 'very bad'
IMO, it was just the overt tone of sarcasm
that caught my eye. Oh yes, and of course,
(though I suspect you are enough of a usenaut
to already know this) feel free to tell me to
'get stuffed' and post exactly as you please,
accepting the consequences as might result
from other group members** (as is
*everybody's* right***).

** e.g. Constant whining, bitching and moaning..

*** Except multi-posting spammers - they get
little leeway, and no mercy, from me.

That's a good policy for a "help" group, and I've certainly noticed a
very helpful attitude in this newsgroup in particular.

Etantonio's arrogance put me off, and I thought a dose of gentle sarcasm
was warranted.

You pointed out that the original post wasn't included, and indeed you're
write in that I did not see it.

Heheh, no I'm not looking for a fight, but I also will object to arrogant
insults like Etantonio's.

You'd probably enjoy NANAE [0], assuming you don't lurk there now.

[0] news.admin.net-abuse.email (this is a high-volume newsgroup with many
spam-fighters and a somewhat heavy smattering of trolls, stalkers, and
spammers trying to confuse ehtical issues)

(Drifting entirely off-topic, since we have begun
discussing a type of post, 'spam' that is not
what the OP made)

Nah.. I am not that interested in reading endless
debate and conjecture about the topic, and have
my own (peculiar to some) strategies which I am
very set on continuing ( you might have noticed ;).
